If you need help losing weight and getting healthier, I highly recommend going to Coach Megan at Kirkland Regenerative Health. I chose to go on the anti-candida program. Each week Megan encouraged me to record what I ate, checked my weight, inspired me and gave me tips for staying on track. She is knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. Glad I did it.
